What to do before your detail:
Personal Items: Please remove any personal items, money, or other significant items from the vehicle before your detailing appointment. Any personal items left in the vehicle will be placed in a bag and left in the vehicle by the detailing technician. Details Automotive is not liable for loss or damage to any items left in the vehicle before the appointment.
Please remove any child or infant car seats before your appointment. For liability purposes, the detailing technician will not remove any car seats left in the vehicle, and will clean around them.
If you want your glove compartment and center console cleaned, please remove any and all items from them, and notify the detailing technician of this. Unless told otherwise, we will not go into the glove compartment or center console.

Terms of Service:
Considerations: Automotive detailing is a process that requires high levels of skill and great attention to detail. Each detail completed by Details Automotive will be completed to our highest standards and meticulously checked for the incredible quality that we are known for. The tools and processes used have been designed to give the best possible final product, and all chemicals used are mild in potency as to not damage the vehicle.
Any personal items found in the vehicle during the detail will be set aside by the detailing technician, and left in a location set by the customer. All trash found in vehicles during the detail will be removed by the detailing technician and disposed of. Please note that Details Automotive does NOT remove personal items from the glove compartment or center console, and will not clean these areas unless emptied by the customer. Vehicles with an excessive amount of animal hair, food/drink, dirt, sand, mud, etc. will be charged an upcharge of at least 30% and the detailing technician will inform the customer of these upcharges before beginning the detail.
Repeat Details: Automotive detailing is a service that should be done regularly in order to maintain the value of your vehicle. After an initial detail has been completed additional details can be scheduled systematically for a reduced price, or ask us about our V.I.P. Membership program for bi-weekly or monthly details at a greater discount
Payment Terms: Payment for each detail is required to be paid in full following the completion of the detail. A quote should be agreed upon by the customer and the detailing technician prior to beginning the service. Payment of the quote should be tendered to the detail technician in the form of cash or check
Limitations: Details Automotive strives to make every vehicle look brand new during any detail, however this is not always possible. Most vehicles will have some form of defect or blemish that a detail is not possible to correct. Tough stains may not be removed all the way, and scratches in plastic or vinyl panels will not be corrected in a detail. The limitations of the service provided will be discussed with the customer before each detail. The detailing technician should point out anything that may not end up perfectly to the customer, to ensure that the customer and the detailing technician have the same expectations.
